I made an appointment with Bay Area Endodontics after my dentist referred me to them for a root canal. I originally made an appointment with the San Mateo location just one week in advance. A day later my tooth pain was so bad that I needed an appointment right away. They were able to take me in for that same day in the San Carlos location which was fine. The facility was very nice and modern, and the entire staff was very friendly. I've never had a root canal before and thought it was going to be scary. The root canal ended up feeling quite routine. It really was no big deal. I did not experience any pain or discomfort whatsoever during the procedure. Dr. Mach was the one who did my root canal, and I am quite happy with the work she did. She explained to me what was going and what they were going to do. She did a really good job, and I would not hesitate going to her for future dental work.
