Dr. Kim is like an orchestra conductor. She managed several rooms with patients and was back before her assistant was finished so I was never left waiting. I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years and didn't realize a slow infection was building until a couple weeks ago. I know I should go but like a lot of people it gives me bad anxiety. There was no judgment on her part, just a thorough assessment and solutions. She was efficient, courteous and I really liked her steady demeanor. I felt numbed generously but appropriately and I quickly relaxed. Plus the gentlewave machine is awesome. I can see why endos love them. Everyone on staff from front desk to the dental assistants are friendly and pleasant to work with. They made the insurance part a breeze and I was able to be seen very quickly. Overall, definitely recommend. I still don't like the dentist but they made it painless, literally.

Was referred for a possible issue with my tooth. Ended up needing to have a re-do on a root canal as there was an infection. Staff is very friendly, upfront with pricing and very helpful. Got in very quickly and did not have any pain with or after procedure. Highly recommend them.

I took a day off for this appointment. I even agreed to a last minute reschedule and came in a couple of hours early. I saw the Dr for about 30 seconds. He apparently had not discussed my case with my referring dentist (who felt that my tooth could be saved). He refused to work on my tooth, and referred me back to my dentist. This was a total waste of my time. I can not recommend Bay Area Endodontics.
