Probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had!!! I had to go here for a root canal that my regular dentist could not do and Dr. Mach and her team were amazing!!! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment the staff was kind, caring and helpful. I am so grateful to Dio the front office admin, Liz the dental assistant, and Dr Mach for making me feel comfortable and safe all while being in severe pain. I wish this could be my regular dentist office!

Great experience from beginning to end! I don't think anyone can say they look forward to getting a root canal. I was ready to "deal" with it, anticipating the worst. However, it truly was a very positive experience with very little pain. Karla at the front desk was welcoming and communicated clearly (no surprises!). Ena was friendly and efficient while assisting Dr. Tran . She kept me comfortable and relaxed, checking in often. Dr. Tran explained every step of the procedure and her skilled, friendly demeanor was just what I needed. I don't often do reviews either good or bad but I I'm happy to write this one. If you need the services that they provide, you will be in good hands at Bay Area Endodontics.
