The whole team was great at Bay Area Endodontics. From Eleanor scheduling and getting me in asap. To the dental assistants being professional and efficient in the. X-rays and the preparations. Last and not least, Dr. Kim who not only leads professionally but made what I was thinking would be an uncomfortable couple hours to gentle, and relaxing experience. I hope not to have another root canal but if I do, I will without a doubt go back to the team at Bay Area Endodontics Sunnyvale. Let me mention also that the pain was almost unnoticeable that night and the day after. No ibuprofen needed.

I had my first-ever root canal procedure done here, and the doctor as well as the staff were fantastic. My expectations of a painful and torturous ordeal were completely wrong. After the initial numbing, I felt no pain whatsoever throughout the process and afterward. Hopefully I will not need another, but if I do, I will have no dread of the procedure next time.
