1/5 stars. Extremely disappointed and upset with the treatment my mom received at this dentist office (daly city) . Despite being referred by her dentist and approved by Medi-Cal for a root canal with Dr. MJ, the staff was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Since my mom doesn't speak English, I expected some understanding and assistance. Instead, they seated her and then proceeded to blame her for not knowing English, claiming she wasted their time and put them behind schedule. It's shocking that they didn't utilize the translation services provided by Medi-Cal, which would have resolved the communication issue. The lack of empathy and professionalism was appalling. The staff's behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. We will not be returning and would not recommend this office to anyone, especially those with language barriers.

Great and friendly service! I was able to book the same day emergency appointment for my root canal. Everyone there made sure I was comfortable, warm, and didn't experience any pain throughout the procedure. Wonderful people work there!

Very pleasant experience! Staff was welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable, working together like a well-oiled machine with a very skilled endodontist, Dr. MJ! The teams at all Bay Area Endodontics offices are well trained and the best at what they do. It is totally worth my 3 hour drive from the Sierra Foothills to receive the outstanding care they offer.
