Dr. Patel explained the X-ray pictures in detail and covered the procedure of root canal step by step. She was so courteous and friendly and cared for my issues. Also Jess assisted her and cared for my comfort throughout the root canal procedure. She was very pleasant and caring. Karla at the front desk pulled up an early slot to meet with Dr. Patel. She was very pleasant, courteous and followed up every step of the way of the process of the documentation and billing. For some reason the temporary crown came loose and Bayareaendodontics were able to bring me in to the temporary crown back. Abayomi, the assistant was very pleasant, courteous and cleaned the temporary crown of old sealant and put the crown back with a fresh sealant. Also the technician who took X-ray pictures was excellent and did an outstanding job! All in all, it was a pleasant experience and made me relaxed throughout the process.
