The best experience I have ever had I needed a root canal they got me in ASAP.I felt so comfortable and welcomed. did not feel any pain during the procedure. I want to say thank you To the staff Stephanie,Beck,Mancel and Dr Ellie Shadmehr they are awesome. I highly recommend Bay Area Endodontist.

Staff don’t give proper information while making appointments. I called them for my tooth pain and they asked me if i want to make appointment for consultation and treatment. I thought i can save time of i do that and can cancel the treatment’s appointment if not necessary and made one. The next day i got call from them saying how much I’ll be charged for my treatment ( funny I don’t know what i needed too). And they said they’ll charge me if I don’t take treatment for making the appointment, which I wasn’t told while making the appointment. I felt like they’re robbing without providing sufficient information.And they said it’s their rule to charge like that. How am I supposed to know that when i am not working there?

To rebook an appointment, they asked me to pay $75 nonrefundable penalty to go back to my dentist and get a referral for the correct paining tooth. Front desk agent Stephany was rude to a patent who is in pain. As other reviewers mentioned that this place is a money hungry place. Please note that no one told me at previous appointment cancelation time that there is a cancelation fee of $75, I might not have cancelled knowing this and could have tried to work with my dentist in time. This is their way to take advantage of a patent when a patent is in need.

I am extremely surprised that these guys have such a high review because they broke off my wife's teeth during a routing root canal and then tries to pawn it off as a regular thing that happens during root canal. Had to spend additional 1800 to extract the teeth and do the bone grafting. The dentist who did the bone grafting said the person who did the root canal didn't seem to know what he was doing.
