The most pleasant dentist experience I've had so far! I came in bright, early & anxious for my root canal appointment and instantly felt more relaxed and welcome chatting with Janelle and the other very nice reception staff! Dr. Do performed my procedure along with his dental assistant Nyla and they both really helped settle my anxiety by explaining the entire process in combination with some laughing gas! I felt no pain during my procedure and Dr. Do continuously checked in on me and explained what was being done as he was doing it. Easily the most pleasant dental experience I've had by far! I cannot recommend them enough

Let me start by saying I don't have a problem with the doctor but how the information about finances was relayed to me. I called to make an appt regarding if a root canal can be done. I told the receptionist I have all X-rays already including Ct scan. She gave me a ~$500 out of pocket cost of my share for the root canal treatment. I go in for the appointment. I sign forms and there’s a separate form for Ct scan for $175, I ask her about it and she said it’s included in the treatment price so I was like okay. I go in to see the dentist, they do my Ct scan first, the dentist comes in, looks at my tooth and tells me he can’t do a root canal on my tooth which I understood. The whole process took 2 mins. I go out and she charges me for Ct scan. I even asked her politely why and she said because you took the scan. I felt like I was tricked. I should have been told before that I would be charged for the CT scan out of pocket when I come in. I had all my X-rays myself and it was obvious that a root canal wasn’t needed from looking at my own X-rays and my tooth. At that moment I didn’t want to say anything and I was in tooth pain so I paid and left. I wouldn’t mind paying for the scan if an actual root canal treatment was done but if there’s no treatment done and I have my own X-rays to determine if root canal can be done or not. Then to charge for Ct scan is SO WRONG and especially without even informing me on the phone when appt was made.

One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Do really cared about helping me, and prioritized comfort and communication. The overall experience proved to me that good dental help is out there. My thanks to all the staff.

Had an appointment in the new San Carlos office Jasmine was very helpful over the phone on how to get there and told me where to park. Was greeted by Alex arriving at the office. sweet ladies.
