If you want to save your teeth and get the right treatment, then this practice is not for you! I was referred to this practice by my dentist. I had a root canal, and after two weeks, I returned because I was experiencing severe pain. They told me that it was normal and that the pain should go away on its own. Eventually, they gave me an antibiotic. After three months, the pain became unbearable, so I decided to go back. I had a CT scan at their San Mateo office, and Dr. Shadmehr, who treated me, said she needed to redo the root canal as soon as possible because it had worsened, but assured me there was no fracture. They scheduled the root canal for the following week, but then I received a phone call saying my appointment had to be canceled and rescheduled for three weeks after my original appointment. When I went in for the rescheduled root canal, I didn’t see Dr. Shadmehr because she had left the practice. Instead, I saw a different doctor, who told me that my tooth was fractured and that I might need a bridge or an implant. How come they didn’t tell me my tooth was fractured on the day of my original appointment, Instead, they waited three weeks and had me come in just to tell me that my tooth needs to be removed. Why did they performed a root canal if my tooth was already fractured, I do believed , Doc Shadmehr was the one who fractured my tooth that’s why She “left the practice” I’m getting married next month without my lower front tooth. This practice is so incompetent, with no concern for their patients. They are not personable and couldn’t care less about your teeth, as long as you pay them.
