It is advisable to exercise caution before seeking services at Bay Area Endodontics(Daly City). My mother was referred to this outdated establishment by her regular dentist for a root canal procedure. Upon her in-person check-in, the office staff gathered all requisite information to facilitate the scheduling of her appointment. However, today, an office receptionist abruptly canceled my mother's appointment, which had been anticipated for 21 days. The reason for this cancellation was the inability to use her insurance. This abrupt notification less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, arranged over 20 days in advance, is deemed disrespectful and unacceptable. Furthermore, it is pertinent to note that the office manager, Daniel, exhibited a lack of customer service, displaying extreme rudeness and short-tempered behavior. He would benefit from additional training. I strongly advise seeking services elsewhere for individuals needing endodontic care, as I cannot recommend this office.
