Great and friendly service! I was able to book the same day emergency appointment for my root canal. Everyone there made sure I was comfortable, warm, and didn't experience any pain throughout the procedure. Wonderful people work there!

Very pleasant experience! Staff was welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable, working together like a well-oiled machine with a very skilled endodontist, Dr. MJ! The teams at all Bay Area Endodontics offices are well trained and the best at what they do. It is totally worth my 3 hour drive from the Sierra Foothills to receive the outstanding care they offer.

The front desk staff at Bay Area Endodontics are a highlight – kind, patient, and efficient, which I appreciated while dealing with severe tooth pain. The initial diagnosis for my issue was provided, and antibiotics were prescribed. However, my consultation experience with Dr. Michaelian was less than ideal, leading to a 4-star rating. While I don't question his technical knowledge, his demeanor felt a bit rushed and lacked the patient-centered communication and empathy one would hope for, especially when in significant distress. Compared to other specialists I've since consulted, the difference in approach to patient care and willingness to address acute pain more immediately was notable.
