What an amazing experience! I went in for a root canal and the staff and doctor treated me with high professionalism moreso care and compassion; I was in pain. I would 1000% recommend this office. Dr. Tandon was soooo patient and she made sure I was comfortable. Her understanding and the time she took to make sure I was okay, made my anxiety drop....I was even falling asleep. I highly recommend Dr Michaelian if you need a root canal. I saw several endodontists who could not diagnose the problem. Dr. M is very skilled and confident in his diagnostic process. He also uses a complete sedation medication for those who need it. The office is very clean, orderly and efficient. Stephanie in reception is kind and helpful, working hard to make appointments available as needed. They are simply the best.

Root canals are just not a 5 star experience in general but the staff and doctor at the Los Gatos BAE were fantastic. I'd describe the doctor as a seasoned fighter pilot; she was fast, deliberate, wasted no time or movement. She was firmly comforting as well. I have really sensitive teeth and a huge fear of dental pain (not so afraid of other kinds of pain though?) and told her this and she said "I just got a 12 year old through this in the next room. If I can get him through it, I can get you through it." She was right! I was scared nonetheless and never really relaxed but she did not make me feel stupid for being afraid nor did she overly sympathize with me and inadvertently cause me even more fear. Really it was a great experience. I wish she could do all my dental work. I can't remember anyone's names (long dental week, selectively forgot much of the experience) but the technician was equally efficient and the front desk coordinator was likewise kind and efficient. I'd recommend this group to anyone I know having to go through the same thing.
