The doctor is professional, but the billing office is not. They didn't check my insurance thoroughly and asked me to pay more than the amount I was told before the visit. When I visit other places, the front desk usually pre-sends the information to the insurance company to let me know the exact cost beforehand. If I had been told there was a total cost of $200 for a 20-30 minute appointment, I would not have come in at all.

We had an amazing experience at Bay Area Endodontics in Daly City! Dr. MJ is incredibly skilled, gentle, and thorough—he explained every step and made us feel completely at ease. Claudia at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, making check-in and paperwork easy. Cathy, the assistant, was so kind and attentive throughout our visit. The whole team works beautifully together and truly cares about their patients. We highly recommend Dr. MJ, Claudia, and Cathy!

I am forever grateful for Dr. Golchert and his team for taking me in last minute. My experience was truly one of a kind. I used to hear how painful root canals were and I was scared to have one done but Dr.Golchert was AMAZING!!! I felt zero pain immediately. He’s amazing at what he does. Highly recommend.
