Everyone at the clinic was so kind and helpful. Everyone has been so patient answering my silly questions. I've been in so much pain prior to the visit so I'm anxious about getting things done. Nancy was the dental assistant that helped me that day and I felt so comfortable. My endodontist, I didn't get his name but the whole process was gentle and easy, he seems compassionate and caring. I had a very positive experience! They were also quick to schedule me!

I would not recommend this office. Before I was even seen, they had already prepared a bill assuming I would get a root canal, even though my general dentist referred me for a consultation. When I asked why the charges were already over $500 before any exam or X-rays, the front desk was rude and dismissive. At check-in, they asked me to sign acknowledging the bill, and when I questioned whether treatment should be decided only after an exam, they told me to ask the doctor myself with a bad attitude. They also promised to email me my X-rays, but I never received them. I’m giving two stars only because they scheduled me quickly and the doctor seemed professional.
